We took our #1 selling hot and cold therapy pads and bundled two in a single pack. Use one for microwave heat therapy and the other for a cold compress to minimize treatment times.
Our heat cold compress delivers comfortable pain relief to any body part, no matter the area. Its flexible form-fitting design meshes to the target area for a closer and more comfortable treatment, even when frozen. Don't settle for a stiff and uncomfortable pain relief pad.
We believe in the power of being holistic. That means providing a heating pad and cold pack that's not filled with harmful materials. Our wrap is filled with 100% natural ingredients to be safe to use.
There is no need to add water when placed in the microwave. Our wrap uses moisture from the air to deliver moist heat therapy. Moist heat therapy penetrates deeper than dry heat to reach muscles and tendons.
Bed Buddy was made to be the only wrap you'll ever need. Wash it with a damp rag for easy cleaning.
Follow the times below based on your microwave for moist heat therapy, and let the wrap sit for one minute after heating.
Place the Bed Buddy in the freezer for several hours for a cold compress. The wrap can be heated and freezer repeatedly without losing its effectiveness.
Thanks for asking! When heated properly, your Bed Buddy should now create any fowl odor. However, there are a few key steps to take to ensure it doesn't smell:
- Make sure you thoroughly clean your microwave before heating: Any left over food particles can cause an odor. Try to use cleaning materials that do not produce a strong scent.
- Be sure to place your wrap on a clean microwave safe plate: This will prevent your wrap from coming in contact with any left over food.
- Add a 1/4 cup of water when heating: This prevents the wrap from burning and adds more moist heat for best results.
- Heat at the proper time: Your heat time will vary based on the microwave power. A common mistake is overheating your wrap which can burn it and cause a "burnt popcorn" smell.
600 W (1:15 min), 900 W ( 0:50 sec) 1200 W (0:37 sec)
- Do not leave your wrap unattended while heating: You'll want to keep an eye on your wrap while it's in the microwave to prevent it from being in the microwave too long and overheating.
- If unsure of heating time, heat your wrap in smaller timed increments: Doing so can prevent it from overheating and help you find the perfect temperature.
